DinDin asked Kim Young-ok if she still wasn't doing projects. Kim Young-ok said, "I do daily soap operas," showing an acting passion that does not tire even at 89.
Lee Seokhoon cautiously asked whether she had ever considered retiring, and Kim Young-ok answered frankly, "I never worried about it, and I thought I should retire around 55 and dreamt of a quiet life. But surprise. 55 was my heyday. At that age I ripened more and became capable of acting."
She also said, "Who would have known I could do this at this age? This is really a strange thing," and added, "I don't think I've aged at all even at this age. Rather, I think work acts as a catalyst that builds health," showing a positive mindset.<
