Actor Han Guru revealed her own diet method.

That day Han Guru visited a famous dakbokkeumtang restaurant in Gapyeong with Han Chae-ah. During that time Han Guru said "I received a few questions that people were curious about regarding us. One of the most frequently asked things was, first of all, diet-related matters." Earlier Han Guru had answered a question about her weight by saying "On days with filming I'm 47kg, usually I'm 49-50kg."
Meanwhile Han Guru read a question that said, "Is eating less always the answer? I always go running but I find it hard to cut down on what I eat. I'm also worried about belly fat. How do you diet?" and responded, "I think I tend to do intermittent fasting. If I have filming then at lunch I really eat until I'm about to throw up. Then I don't eat from around 2 p.m. onwards. If I do eat it's about this much yogurt," describing an extreme dieting method.
In response Han Chae-ah said, "I think that is possible for us. Because dieting or exercise is hard. It's hard to go out to exercise. But we try to make it a habit, don't we? Without motivation it's really hard to exercise," and added honestly, "We have motivation, don't we? At least because of the pressure to appear on screen we can mentally pull ourselves together. But generally, people who don't have filming, where do they get motivation? I think finding a diet one can control for oneself is really important."
Han Guru agreed, "That's right. There is a diet method that suits me," and Han Chae-ah said, "People who can just skip one meal should do that and try various things that suit them."
Then Han Guru said, "Some people eat small amounts frequently and everyone is different," and Han Chae-ah emphasized, "That's right. But if you ate small amounts frequently and you keep gaining weight, then it's not right for you. You look for another method. I think finding your own routine is important."
