Actress Seo Eun-soo broadens her acting spectrum by consecutively presenting characters of different tones.
Seo Eun-soo will meet viewers with different faces through the Disney+ original series "Made In Korea season 2," which is released on Sept. 9, and tvN's new drama "Gift."
First, in "Made In Korea season 2," she returns as "Oh Ye-jin," who has grown from an investigator to a prosecutor. Oh Ye-jin, who stood out in season 1 for her sense of justice and decisiveness, dives deeper into the center of the case in season 2 based on firmer convictions and more autonomous judgment. Seo Eun-soo will portray the character's growth and the added weight of change with dense acting, expanding the character's narrative.
In "Gift," she plays Dukcheon High's physical education teacher and baseball team manager "Yoon Seo-jin." Yoon Seo-jin is a figure who leads students' "happy baseball" with innate sense of justice and drive, clashing at every turn with the newly appointed coach Jung Min-yong (Kim Woo-bin) and creating a pleasant chemistry. Through a different sense of everyday life and bright energy from her firm and weighty previous roles, Seo Eun-soo is expected to show a new charm.
From a resolute prosecutor to a justice-driven physical education teacher, Seo Eun-soo takes on characters with different personalities and temperatures in succession, expanding her own acting realm. Not stopping at mere outward transformations, she has added persuasiveness to each character by delicately depicting their emotions and core, so her solid acting skills are expected to shine in these two works as well.
Seo Eun-soo, who has convincingly completed a new face in each work rather than staying with one image, draws attention for another acting variation she will show through "Made In Korea season 2" and "Gift."
The Disney+ original series "Made In Korea season 2," featuring Seo Eun-soo, will be released on Sept. 9, and tvN's new drama "Gift" is being prepared with the goal of premiering in the second half of this year.
"Made In Korea1" was released in December last year and returns with season 2 after nine months. The production cost exceeded 70 billion won, making it a historical drama that was planned as seasons 1 and 2 from the start and is rare to find in Korea.
