"My Little Old Boy" Kim Ji-min revealed the behind-the-scenes story of the special event when she told Kim Jun-Ho about the pregnancy.
The SBS "My Little Old Boy" (abbreviated "Miwasa") that aired on the 30th depicted the story of Kim Jun-Ho becoming an expectant father after receiving the long-awaited news of a second child after marriage.
Kim Ji-min said, "There was a funny video online announcing a pregnancy. Usually they cry. 'Honey, you worked hard' is the norm. I watched that for four days and cried every day. 'Our oppa will do this too,'" she said.
Kim Ji-min expected that Kim Jun-Ho would also cry and be moved when he heard the pregnancy news. But the actual situation was different. Kim Ji-min said, "I was most disappointed in oppa," which drew laughter.
The method Kim Ji-min prepared for the pregnancy event was also unusual. For the surprise event she prepared a "property tax payment reminder." She put the news of the pregnancy inside a document that looked like an ordinary bill and gave it to Kim Jun-Ho.
Recalling the situation, Kim Ji-min said, "I cannot forget the trembling eyes on that reminder notice." Kim Jun-Ho at first focused on the contents of the reminder notice, and it took him about 10 seconds to realize it was news of a pregnancy. Kim Ji-min explained Kim Jun-Ho's reaction by saying, "It took oppa 10 seconds to understand."
But what Kim Ji-min felt more regretful about was that Kim Jun-Ho did not show as many tears as she had expected. Kim Ji-min recalled the moment with laughter, saying, "He didn't shed a single tear. Oppa didn't shed a single tear. Not one. Ah.. ah."
