The group ENHYPEN has finally topped the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.
Belift Lab Inc. said on the 31st, "According to a chart preview article posted on the official Billboard website in the United States, ENHYPEN's mini album 8 'The Sin : Bliss (THE SIN : BLISS)' will enter at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 dated Sept. 5."
It added, "ENHYPEN's mini album 8, released on the 21st, recorded a total of 98,000 album units during the tracking period, with pure album sales of 92,000 and streaming equivalent albums of 6,000."
With this, ENHYPEN has reached the top of the Billboard 200 for the first time since their debut. They previously entered the Billboard 200 at No. 18 with their debut album 'Border : Carnival (BORDER : CARNIVAL)' and have consistently charted since then. In particular, after their first entry they maintained an upward trajectory through stepwise growth, making this No. 1 with their mini album 8 especially meaningful.
ENHYPEN has been a team that has maintained its unique worldview called "dark fantasy" and its distinct identity, and they have achieved good results by organically combining consistent narratives and music to solidify the group's identity.
Having hit a career high by reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200, ENHYPEN plans to continue active promotions with 'The Sin : Bliss.'
