Group Brave Girls alum Nam You Joung revealed the behind-the-scenes of the 'Waterbomb' stage she appeared on Aug. 22.
On the 30th, the YouTube channel 'Yulala' posted a video titled 'These days Nam You Joung. WATERBOMB SOKCHO STAGE BEHIND.'
That day Nam You Joung left footage showing her preparing the 'Waterbomb' stage over three months. When she made a mistake in the choreography, the director general told her to do it again, and she ultimately looked exhausted.
Nam You Joung said she was worried that "nothing enters my head," but as time passed the choreography gradually improved in completeness. Later Nam You Joung emphasized, "I run about 30 minutes in the morning. In the past I starved myself to lose weight. Cardio is best for losing weight."
She added, "Last week I danced for nine and a half hours. Basically I dance five hours. K-pop dance is good for dieting. It's true," drawing attention.
When asked what she wanted to do immediately after the 'Waterbomb' stage ended, Nam You Joung said, "It's been too long since I drank beer. I want to go home and have a drink. I'll wash up and sleep. I put on this heavy makeup but it's nothing special," jokingly drawing laughs.
Meanwhile, Nam You Joung joined Brave Girls in 2016 and was widely loved after the resurgence of "Rollin'" in 2021. She continued team activities with Brave Girls before leaving the group in 2024 and has expanded her activities into acting and other fields.
