Actor Hyunbin appeared to show concern for Yu Jae-seok, whose body is getting thinner by the day.
On Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 9 p.m., SBS's Whenever Possible will air, revealing an unexpected friendship between Yu Jae-seok and Hyunbin that is drawing attention.
In that episode, Whenever Possible host Yu Jae-seok and Yoo Yeon-seok, joined by guests Hyunbin and Woo Do Hwan as "teum friends," visit the gap times of Anyang. Amid this, Yu Jae-seok shows off an unexpected camaraderie with Hyunbin, drawing interest.
The moment Yu Jae-seok meets Hyunbin, he exclaims, "Bina, did your bread get better?" expressing surprise at Hyunbin's muscular appearance. Yu Jae-seok said, "Hyunbin is someone who sweated with me," and revealed their bond with "We worked out at the same gym, and Bini used to hold my triceps," surprising viewers by introducing Hyunbin as the "triceps master." Then, when Yu Jae-seok showed his triceps to Hyunbin in a familiar pose, Hyunbin jokingly checked Yu Jae-seok's frail muscles, saying, "You seem thinner than back then," which provoked laughter.
Meanwhile, that day Hyunbin and Woo Do Hwan become the first teum friends to spar with the production team for success. Making his variety show debut after 23 years since his debut, Hyunbin began sweating profusely once the full teum missions started, and he displayed a competitive streak that surprised Yu Jae-seok and Yoo Yeon-seok by finding loopholes in the rules. Meanwhile, Yu Jae-seok has been drawing attention for a body that is skinnier than many female celebrities, and he recently revealed his actual weight on Hangout With Yoo. Wearing both upper and lower clothes and even a wig, he weighed in at 60.5kg at a height of 178cm, a figure that shocked viewers who found it hard to believe it was the weight of an adult man.
