Group ENHYPEN reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard main albums chart, the Billboard 200, six years after its debut.
Billboard said on the 30th (local time) that ENHYPEN's eighth mini album, THE SIN: BLISS, ranked No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week.
This is the first time since its 2020 debut that ENHYPEN has topped the Billboard 200. Among K-pop boy bands, it is the sixth after BTS, SuperM, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER.
ENHYPEN first entered the Billboard 200 in 2021 with BORDER: CARNIVAL and has since placed a total of 10 albums on the chart. It previously peaked at No. 2 with ROMANCE: UNTOLD and THE SIN: VANISH, and reached No. 1 for the first time with this album.
THE SIN: BLISS recorded 98,000 album units during the tracking period, combining album sales and streaming, among other metrics. Of that, album sales were 92,000, putting it at No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart as well.
This album is the first release since ENHYPEN reorganized from a seven-member act to six members. In Korea, as of the 27th on Hanteo Chart, it surpassed cumulative sales of 2.02 million, earning double million-seller status. The album includes 10 tracks in total, including the lead single Bloody Paradise and Two Fools.
