BTS member Jimin added another record with his solo activities.
BigHit Music said on July 31, "Jimin's second solo album "MUSE" title track "Who" has surpassed 100 million cumulative streams in Japan and received the Japan Record Association's July streaming institutional sector platinum certification."
With this, Jimin achieved his first platinum certification with the highest number of streams as a solo artist. The Japan Record Association's platinum certification for streaming is awarded at 100 million cumulative streams and diamond certification at 500 million cumulative streams.
Earlier, Jimin's "MUSE" sold more than 100,000 copies and received a gold certification in the album category. He has now added a platinum certification in the streaming category, writing his own record.
Jimin's "Who" entered the U.S. Billboard main song chart, the Hot 100, at No. 12 at the time of release and remained on the chart for a total of 33 weeks, achieving sustained success.
