KBS2 'Boss in the Mirror' reveals the story of Yang Jun-hyeok being rejected after making a love call to chef Jeong Ji-seon.
On today (30th) at 4:40 p.m., 'Boss in the Mirror' will reveal the story in which Yang Jun-hyeok, preparing a large-scale project in Pohang, personally made a love call to Jeong Ji-seon.
Yang Jun-hyeok, who is promoting a large project by securing space for as many as three floors in a 45-story building in Pohang, said he proposed that Jeong Ji-seon open in the building. Yang said, "I'll take care of all the interior work," and even offered shocking terms, but said he was disappointed after being rejected. In response, Jeong Ji-seon said, "Practically, we were short-staffed," subtly avoided eye contact and turned the scene into a sea of laughter.
Jeong Ji-seon attracted attention by announcing the opening of the Taiwan branch. Jeong Ji-seon said, "As soon as we opened, reservations were already fully booked through the end of September," proving her class as the "Chinese cuisine queen." In response, Kim Sook fired a blunt question, "You had no staff to send to Pohang, but did you have staff to send to Taiwan?", reportedly making Jeong Ji-seon break into a sweat once again.
Meanwhile, chef Jeong Ji-seon appeared as a White Spoon on the Netflix variety show Culinary Class Wars season 1, released in 2024, and attracted attention by advancing to the final round. The pastas she showcased in the preliminary round also received significant attention.
