Chinese-speaking star Nina sings about six emotional changes of love.
Nina will release and make a comeback with her mini 2nd album 'Why Not Me? (WHY NOT ME?)' at 6 p.m. today (30th) through various music platforms.
'Why Not Me' is an album that tells Nina's coming-of-age story of discovering herself through love, and it is drawing attention with support from top domestic and international producers.
The new record captures the emotional changes a girl experiences — the excitement and anxiety at the start of love, then the hurt, regret, breakup, and finally learning how to love herself. Over six tracks, Nina's delicate vocals sing of love and growth.
The title track 'Why' is a song that sings about the confusing emotions encountered at the moment love begins to waver. Lee Hyun-seung, who worked on EXO's 'Call Me Baby (CALL ME BABY)' and others, handled the composition and arrangement.
In addition, Nina will showcase various charms across genres such as contemporary R&B and hip-hop, pop, swing, EDM, ballad, and alternative pop.
