Today (30th) at 4:40 p.m., Boss in the Mirror will air with N.Flying leader Lee Seung-hyub appearing as a surprise new boss, raising expectations. Making his debut as the program's first band boss, Lee Seung-hyub is the protagonist of the comeback phenomenon of Rooftop Room, which accumulated about 200 million streams and about 72 million music video views. He is an all-around leader who also made his mark as an actor playing Baek In-hyuk, leader of the band Eclipse and a close friend of Ryu Seon-jae (played by Byeon Woo-seok), in the drama Lovely Runner.
In particular, N.Flying's new song "Embers" will be unveiled for the first time on this broadcast, attracting attention. Lee Seung-hyub shows a gentle side by saying, "I am a boss who listens well to the members, a 'member admirer'," but the warmth is short-lived as the members launch sharp revelations that draw attention. When vocalist Yoo Hwe-seung opens by saying, "He only does what he wants, a lone wolf," guitarist Cha Hun also chimes in, saying, "Lee Seung-hyub is a dictator."
Lee Seung-hyub waves his hand, saying, "Absolutely not," but his "excessive passion" side is revealed in detail, surprising everyone. Even after 4 a.m., he peppers the group chat with selfies and message bombs, and while demanding participation in anything he's into, he ignores members' proposals, provoking laughter with his double standard behavior. He hangs a terrifying banner on the rehearsal room wall saying, "N.Flying must be harder," and forces answers from exhausted members with nonstop practice by asking, "Isn't it hard?" creating a "please-answer-me" moment that leaves people aghast.
Kim Sook sharply points out, "There is definitely a group chat room that Seung-hyub is not in." Lee Seung-hyub shows strong trust, saying, "I trust the members. Absolutely not," but soon utters a bitter sigh, "No wonder the kids' replies were late," making everyone burst out laughing, the rumor goes.

Meanwhile, N.Flying is a five-member boy band that debuted in 2015 and is set to release a new album this October. It is their comeback about 1 year and 4 months after last May's title track "Mannyeonseol" from their second full-length album.
