Singer Lee Ji Hye once again appealed regarding deepfake impersonation ads.
Lee Ji Hye said on her social media on the 27th, "I mentioned this before, but it doesn't seem to be a domestic company, and we are seeking legal measures to restrain them."
She continued, "They made it with AI and are posting L.I.N.C links to sell as if I were advertising," and said, "Please do not fall victim. I am getting an enormous number of reports via DM, so I'm posting to my feed."
In a video released with this, Lee Ji Hye appears to be eating dried sweet potato. Eating sweet potato looks natural, but it turned out to be a deepfake video, which is shocking.
Lee Ji Hye's colleagues were also harmed by the sophisticated video. Shin Ji opened by saying, "I was so shocked today. When I see something pop up on SNS I buy it, you know," Shin Ji explained, "But not long ago, it wasn't that long. Was it two days ago? Ji Hye unni was introducing a bra, and the bra straps were very thin straps. I thought it looked great so I ordered it and I'm waiting for it."
But it was all false advertising. Shin Ji confessed, "But today the article came out that it was AI. It's a Chinese product using unni's face, and unni never filmed such an ad.
