Actress Ahn So-hee, formerly of the group Wonder Girls, revealed her personal care secrets.
On the 28th, a video titled "30s self-care VLOG eating well and resting well: edema management, half-body bath, healthy diet, morning routine" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Ahn So-hee'.
Ahn So-hee loosened her wrists and ankles as soon as she woke up and then drank warm water mixed with bamboo salt. She said bamboo salt water replenishes fluids and electrolytes lost during sleep and stimulates intestinal movement to wake the body.
Then Ahn So-hee did light stretching and, before eating, took olive oil and a lemon shot. She finished a light breakfast of boiled egg, blueberries and an apple, and drank a protein shake to have a healthy morning.
Ahn So-hee said, "Someone might think I live a very healthy life," and revealed her snack stash. She said, "I work out hard and get protein so I can eat snacks. I could just refrain from snacks, but quitting snacks isn't easy."
Above all, after doing Pilates, Ahn So-hee wore form-fitting workout clothes that revealed her silhouette and caught attention with a slim figure without an ounce of flab.
After finishing her workout she said, "Because it was for filming, the instructor had me do prettier movements. So it was harder and I did movements I don't usually do."
For dinner, Ahn So-hee also composed a healthy meal of peach salad, whole wheat bread and boiled eggs. She explained, "It may look like I eat very healthily, but I don't eat like this every day. I don't eat this way to diet; I eat a lot of what I want and enjoy it, and then the next day I eat clean."
She went on to say, "Then later when I need to control my weight I don't have to struggle so much. Personally, when I try to lose weight I go on extreme diets eating only chicken breast and sweet potato, and then I crack and binge. If you don't eat then eat, the body absorbs more and feels worse."
She added, "I usually try to maintain balance so that things are better in general."
