Actor Lee Hae-in pointed out the reality of celebrities who own buildings.
Lee Hae-in said on her social media on the 29th, "I thought I would become rich if I filled all the vacancies. I thought if I just bought a building I could live off it without working."
Lee Hae-in said, "Vacancies went from six to two, and by calculation I only need to cover about 1,000,000 won, but some places are behind on rent so even now I'm paying between 3,000,000 won and 4,000,000 won."
She added, "If I filled all the vacancies? After taking out various expenses in a month, there might be about 1,000,000 won left, if that. I thought if I just bought a building I wouldn't have to work, but that was a mirage."
Lee Hae-in in February took out a 3.2 billion won loan to purchase a 4 billion won building. Describing herself as a "livelihood-type building owner," Lee Hae-in said the building's occupancy rate was 50% and that she worked to fill vacancies herself; it now appears only about two remain.
Lee Hae-in debuted as a model in 2005 and became known through tvN's "Fun TV Rollercoaster" and others.
