"Fairy Jae-hyung" Choi Min-sik had a face completely captivated by Jung Jae-hyung's cooking skills.
On the 29th, Jung Jae-hyung's YouTube channel released a video titled "My chicken drumstick dish has become so perfect that Min-sik sunbaenim offered to invest. Follow along exactly." The video was a preview, and Choi Min-sik, who appeared in the film "The Intern," could not hide his admiration for Jung Jae-hyung's cooking skills.
Jung Jae-hyung personally made the Portuguese-style chicken dish poulet à la portugaise, pumpkin ragout and carrot refpe9. In particular, poulet à la portugaise was made by chopping the vegetables individually, smoking and roasting them in the oven and preparing the sauce himself. Choi Min-sik said, "Shall we do something together? I'll invest," and after tasting it he expressed his admiration, adding, "I'm not joking, your food is really very tasty."
Seeing the carrot refpe9, Choi Min-sik recognized it immediately. Choi Min-sik said, "Is this carrot refpe9? I learned about it while making this film, 'The Intern,'" and after tasting it he praised, "Really, there are no words for the taste. It's a flavor that seeps in." Jung Jae-hyung attempted an interview, saying, "Seeps in, you say. Still, it seems you see the world while making films," and Choi Min-sik nodded, "Yes. Maybe because I worked with younger people," then once again admired Jung Jae-hyung, saying, "You could even open a business. Like a restaurant."
