The popular series "Money War" from Hangout With Yoo is heading to Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do.
On the 28th, OSEN confirmed that MBC's Hangout With Yoo recently finished filming in Jeonju with Yunho Yunho and Kwak Beom under the "Money War" concept.
"Money War" is a popular segment Hangout With Yoo introduced in 2026, and the original plan was to parody the film "The war on crime: the heyday of bad guys" and name the special the heyday of country folks. In the first "Money War," Yang Sang-guk came up to Seoul and was shown touring tourist attractions with Hangout With Yoo members, and in the process, when it came time to pay, a series of games to push payment led to the name being changed to "Money War."
"Money War" has been held in Yang Sang-guk's hometown Gimhae, a person surnamed Heo's hometown Tongyeong, Joo Woo-jae's hometown Changwon, Lee Seon-min's hometown Gumi, and in Jeolla province it first appeared on the 332nd. Yunho Yunho, who is from Gwangju metropolitan city, Jeollanam-do, and Kwak Beom, who is from Jeonju, Jeonbuk State, joined the Hangout With Yoo members as the "Jeolla men."
The long-awaited return of Hangout With Yoo's "Money War" heads to Kwak Beom's hometown of Jeonju. Kwak Beom, who was born in Jeonju and lived there until leaving for university, is expected to showcase the nooks and crannies of Jeonju, famed for its taste and style, as he once competed as Jeonbuk's representative in a rock festival with his school band while in high school and won an award.
Also, the focus is on whether those who did not have to shoulder everything in the first Jeolla episode can continue their run, whether those who were left holding the bag can succeed in revenge, and the power struggles and entertainment-skills battles among the members.
MBC's Hangout With Yoo airs every Saturday at 6:30 p.m.
