Authentic's new girl band unveiled the official team name A I W E O and logo, launching their official bid for a formal debut.
Authentic on the 28th revealed the rookie girl band's official team name A I W E O and official logo. The team name carries the meaning "our resonance greater than a single voice," foreshadowing the one resonance formed when four members with different personalities and musical colors come together.
The unveiled logo visualized the team's personality with a sensuous arrangement that departs from standardized composition and five circular symbols. The released official announcement video also cheerfully depicted the process in which different voices come together into one name amid a free-spirited, kitschy sensibility.
Support from label senior singer-songwriter HANRORO also drew attention. HANRORO added special meaning to A I W E O's first step by portraying courage to take on new challenges beyond fear and the power of togetherness through a short worldbuilding story he wrote himself.
They have drawn attention for an unusual path even before debut. Having candidly shown the process of forming the four-member complete group through a pre-debut documentary, A I W E O was listed on the lineup of the country's largest J-pop festival, Wonderlivet 2026.
