SHINee Minho continues to make meaningful moves amid his busy schedule.
On the 27th, the Ministry of National Defense's Forensic Identification Unit for Remains announced that Minho had been selected as the unit's new public relations ambassador. Accordingly, he will help publicize the national project to find the 6·25 war dead who have not yet returned to their families.
It will not be limited to merely listing his name as an ambassador. Minho will personally attend related events in the future and participate in various promotional activities that utilize his talents.
This move is even more meaningful because it connects with Minho's military service history. Minho voluntarily enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2019 and completed his military service. In particular, he drew attention for his diligent service when it became known that he forfeited leave and took part in training shortly before his discharge.
His busy work as a singer continues. Minho will release his second mini album, "Make it hot," on Sept. 7 and return as a solo artist. It will be his first new music about nine months after his first mini album in December last year.
Since his discharge, Minho has carried out nonstop activities across multiple fields, including SHINee activities, solo singing, acting and variety shows. By adding significant activities as an ambassador for the 6·25 war dead and their families who sacrificed for the nation, he has once again shown an extraordinary streak of hard work.
