Rhee Minjung overcame the crisis by personally filling the gap as the finale model at the fashion show with help from Kim Ji-seok.
On the 26th KBS Drama and GTV aired episode 3 of OK! Let's Get Divorced (directed by Joo Seong-woo, written by Hwang Ji-eon), which depicted Baek Mi-young (Rhee Minjung) and Ji Won-ho (Kim Ji-seok), a married couple who had been clashing ahead of a VVIP fashion show that could determine the company's fate, working together to overcome an unexpected crisis.
That day, J&White began preparing for the VVIP fashion show after deciding to collaborate with the wannabe bridal brand Bruni & Co. Supportive of the director's feelings toward Baek Mi-young, Ji Won-ho insisted that Kim Yu-joo, who missed last year's fashion show, should be the finale model, and confronted Baek Mi-young, saying, "If you don't like that, cancel sending the director."
But Baek Mi-young's resolve to divorce did not waver. Furthermore, when Ji Won-ho directly faced her divorce lawyer Jeon Chi-hyun (Oh Yeon-ah), he realized that their divorce was an unavoidable reality.
Meanwhile, Kelvin (Lee Hyun-jin) began to take concrete steps to win back his ex, Baek Mi-young. Visiting J&White, Kelvin said Bruni had chosen his hotel as the fashion show venue and offered to recruit the model who would stand on the finale stage himself.
In response, Baek Mi-young pretended to be on good terms with Ji Won-ho, linking arms as a show and retorted that Kim Yu-joo had been decided as the finale model. A subtle tension flowed between the two, raising curiosity about what ripple effects this will have on their future relationship.
Having earlier heard Kelvin confess, "I missed you," Baek Mi-young sensed that the selection of Kelvin Hotel as the fashion show venue was not a mere coincidence. Eventually she went to see him and warned, "The moment you cross the line, I won't stay still either."
She also told Ji Won-ho honestly, "I don't want to lose to Kelvin," and "Separate from our relationship, I want J&White to prove itself properly." Even as they decided to divorce, the couple found a moment of shared purpose regarding the company.
But the brief peace was broken by the arrival of Ji Won-ho's mother, Ryu Mi-soon (Moon Hee-kyung). Ryu Mi-soon visited J&White and demanded to know why Baek Mi-young had sent the director, and Jeon Chi-hyun, who happened to be talking with Mi-young, replied, "If you intend to object to the contents of the director's letter, file and send a response."
Enraged, Ryu Mi-soon grabbed Jeon Chi-hyun and Baek Mi-young by the hair, and eventually a violent brawl broke out among the three. Watching from a distance, Ji Won-ho went to his legal representative Bae Soo-ji (Ahn Nae-sang) and declared, "Seeing it with my own eyes makes it clear in one go," adding, "I will accommodate my wife's wishes and sort this out cleanly."
Kelvin's suspicious behavior continued. He gathered information about Kim Yu-joo, the fashion show's finale model, and even when Baek Mi-young felt uncomfortable, he hovered nearby and offered to help.
Especially after hearing from his secretary that Kim Yu-joo had not arrived on site, Kelvin said, "For now, don't cross the line and let's wait," and blocked efforts to recruit a replacement model. Viewers' curiosity grew about what Kelvin's true motives are.
At that moment, Baek Mi-young and Ji Won-ho received news that Kim Yu-joo had been attacked by someone and was injured, making her unable to perform, and they fell into panic. As they struggled to find even a substitute model, Baek Mi-young made the decision to take the finale stage herself.
Baek Mi-young took Ji Won-ho to the dressing room and asked that the dress be altered to fit her body. At last, Baek Mi-young appeared on the final stage of the fashion show in a beautiful wedding dress, completing a dramatic ending.
Putting aside countless conflicts, Baek Mi-young and Ji Won-ho joined hands in the face of the company's crisis. Anticipation is growing for the next episode to see what changes this shared overcoming of the crisis will bring to their relationship.
