The group 82MAJOR is heating up the awards stage ahead of their comeback.
82MAJOR (Nam Seong-mo·Park Seok-jun·Yoon Ye-chan·Jo Seong-il·Hwang Seong-bin·Kim Do-gyun) will appear today (27th) at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province for the 2026 K World Dream Awards (K WORLD DREAM AWARDS) to meet global fans.
The '2026 K World Dream Awards' is a global hallyu festival aimed at an era of 20 million inbound tourists through K-pop and the rise of Korea as a K-culture powerhouse. Known as a 'performance-oriented idol,' 82MAJOR is expected to raise the venue's energy at this awards ceremony with energetic stage manner, solid live vocals and powerful performances.
Earlier, 82MAJOR showcased their presence by ranking ninth on Billboard's 'The 25 Best K-pop Songs of 2026' with the title track 'Sign' from mini album 5 'FEELM.' They also proved their global growth by entering high positions on China's QQ Music charts and successfully completing the '2026 TIMA' stage.
Recently, 82MAJOR has been raising excitement for their comeback by sequentially releasing diverse teasing content such as the visual film, concept photos and highlight medley for their second single 'HEAT.' True to their reputation as a self-producing idol group, with all members participating in lyrics·composition·arrangement, they are expected to unfold a deeper musical world through this new release.
