Actor Im Hyun-sik reveals his recovered condition after undergoing stent surgery.

Im Hyun-sik said, "Around last summer I had abdominal pain and other signs of poor health, so I went to the hospital with my daughters and had tests done." He explained that he underwent stent surgery, saying, "It was indigestion, gallbladder problems, poor blood circulation, and various other problems."
Im Hyun-sik said, "I underwent tests and treatment for about six months. At the time I lost about 7 to 8 kg," and noted that because recovery is harder at his age, it required a considerable amount of time.
Fortunately, Im Hyun-sik joked, "I nap during the day for about 30 minutes to an hour. I sleep as much as I want," drawing laughter.
Hwang Seok-jung, who appeared with him, said that her father, a former child soldier in the People's Army who worked as a musician, did not bring money home due to his lifestyle, so the family had to bear the burden of their mother's anger. Hwang Seok-jung said, "From the age of three, whenever I saw my mother I would have convulsions. I had a desire to be loved, but it wasn't fulfilled," and added, "I didn't speak a single word to my mother until my early 40s."
Hwang Seok-jung, who currently lives with her mother, said she rushed to bring her mother home when she heard her mother needed hospital bills after having spinal surgery, and that they engaged in constant conversations to unravel emotions that had built up over a long time.
