Earlier, on the 21st Park Wi released on his YouTube channel "Wiracle" CCTV footage showing him tripping over the foot of a community service worker while disembarking a KTX train. His stated intent was to request strengthened mobility rights and safety education for people with disabilities, but despite repeated apologies from the workers who had tried to help in good faith, critics said that exposing the on-site footage on a channel with 1 million subscribers and pursuing accountability was excessive.
What enraged the public was the act itself of posting the footage on a public platform like YouTube.
