Global comprehensive content corporations RBW concluded a practical training program to cultivate next-generation entertainment professionals successfully.
RBW completed the 12th class of the "Enter Business Master Class," held from July 1 to Aug. 26, and abruptly unveiled the project album "Adungbadung (On&On)," which trainees directly participated in producing.
The 12th class trainees acquired a broad range of theory and practice across the entertainment industry through roughly 185 hours of intensive training. Rather than stopping at simple theoretical education, they experienced hands-on work closely tied to the field—such as content planning, marketing, music production and distribution, concert planning, and visual production—strengthening their capabilities as practice-oriented talents.
In particular, this cohort attracted attention by planning and producing the project album "Adungbadung (On&On)" as part of the curriculum. Trainees took the lead in the entire process—from setting the album's main concept to song selection, lyric writing, design, and promotional content creation—completing their own tangible portfolios.
The project album "Adungbadung (On&On)," released at noon on the 25th, captures the candid stories of young people who took their first steps into society while running toward their dreams. It includes five tracks—"Adult practice," "Do not disturb mode," "Youth period," "I will take the day off today," and "Oh yep!"—and conveys the clumsiness and worries that young workers face, and the moments of rest and growth they feel, through evocative music that draws empathy.
An RBW official said the Enter Business Master Class "is meaningful beyond simply learning the industry; it has great significance in planning practical content and completing it as a final product," and said the company "will continue to serve as a ladder connecting education and the field to actively support young people in experiencing practical work in the entertainment sector and concretizing their career paths."
Meanwhile, RBW will open applications for the 13th class of the Enter Business Master Class from Aug. 31, continuing the momentum of the 12th class's completion. <
