Group SF9, marking their 10th anniversary since debut, said their goal is to "aim for the 60th anniversary."
SF9 held a showcase at 2 p.m. on the 26th at Cube Convention Center in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul to commemorate the release of their second full-length album "Tenacity" and shared their feelings on reaching their 10th anniversary.
SF9, who debuted in October 2016 with "Feeling Sensation," celebrates their 10th anniversary this year. At the showcase that day, SF9 members said, "It feels amazing and we are thankful," and smiled, saying, "We feel so good."
They added, "Thanks to everyone who has cherished and cared for us over the past 10 years, we have reached our 10th anniversary. We aim for the 60th anniversary," and said, "We want to show that we are a team with that kind of determination and spirit."
SF9 also said, "It is an honor to be able to do idol activities for 10 years that could be someone's dream," and expressed gratitude, saying, "We are thankful to the members who have been together for 10 years and to the fans, our number one contributors."
SF9 said, "We were surprised that the 10th anniversary arrived in the blink of an eye, but we want to prepare a 60th anniversary dinner show and hold a showcase to meet many people," and added, "It was hard to keep one job for 10 years by ourselves. We are grateful to the company, our families and the fans."
SF9's second full-length album "Tenacity," released at 6 p.m. that day, reflects on past times on the occasion of their 10th anniversary and tells the story of moving forward once again.
