Youngtak announced his comeback by releasing concept photos for his third full-length album 'GOGO'.
Youngtak recently released the second set of concept photos, 'RACING VER.', for his third full-length album 'GOGO' on his official social media. Unlike the first concept photos, which drew attention with intense red tones and a charismatic look, this set presents a distinctly different atmosphere with a surprising charm.
In the released photos, Youngtak wears a racing uniform in blue and white and sits atop a pile of tires, posing with a relaxed air. The wounds on his face and the wink add an intense atmosphere as if he had just finished a fierce race. With the outerwear tied around his waist, the styling completes a free and cool charm.
In a close-up shot with his helmet on, he overwhelmed the scene with an intense gaze. From a playful smile with a wink to a subtle smile in a Polaroid, he showed a variety of expressions that revealed his chameleon-like charm. In a shot that appears to show him popping champagne on the winners' podium amid scattering fireworks, an energetic mood suggested he was savoring the victory of the race.
Youngtak expanded the world of 'GOGO' by sequentially releasing a comeback poster in which he transforms into a racer, a promotional calendar reminiscent of racing, and a tracklist image modeled on an F1 circuit. As images of Youngtak appear as both the protagonist and a hidden player of the race, curiosity is growing about the musical message the new album will convey.
Youngtak once again flipped the mood by releasing the first concept photos for 'PODIUM VER.' Transformed into a maestro, Youngtak donned a classic black suit and mounted a marble-like platform, projecting a weighty presence. Unlike the 'RACING VER.' that showed powerful energy with a dynamic racing uniform, this refined and classic mood revealed a deeper charisma.
From staring forward with a pensive gaze to posing with one knee raised and looking to the side, to unbuttoning his jacket, putting one hand in his pocket and touching his forehead while smiling, he completed the unique atmosphere of 'PODIUM VER.' with a variety of poses.
Particularly striking was the image of him conducting with a baton amid scattered sheet music, his charismatic expression capturing the aesthetics of classical and tradition. In the following close-up, the serious gaze combined with a black-and-white mood maximized his weighty charisma.
In this way, Youngtak freely moved between the contrasting concepts of 'RACING VER.' and 'PODIUM VER.' and demonstrated meticulous ability to embody each concept. He is raising expectations for his third full-length album 'GOGO' by showing his unique color not only in music but also in visuals.
'GOGO' is Youngtak's first full-length album in about three years since his second full-length album 'FORM,' released in August 2023. Known for his distinctive tone and outstanding vocal ability, earning nicknames such as 'tone king' and 'vocal powerhouse,' the album includes 12 tracks, including the title song 'Kkeokgeo.' Youngtak participated in the lyrics, composition and arrangement of 11 of the 12 tracks, demonstrating his musical capabilities.
Meanwhile, Youngtak's third full-length album 'GOGO' will be released at 6 p.m. on Sept. 14 on various online music sites.
