The Boyz's Hyunjae has signaled the start of full-fledged acting activities.
On the 26th, management agency Management Siseon announced an exclusive contract with The Boyz's Hyunjae (real name Lee Jay-hyun).
Management Siseon is an actor-focused management company representing actors Kim In-kwon, Kim Junghyun, Kim Hyun-Joo, Park Hee-soon, Shin Hae-sun, Anh Sung-jae, Lee Seon and Cha Cheong-hwa.
In response, Management Siseon said, "We are pleased to be working with The Boyz's Hyunjae, who has shown a variety of charms on stage and in broadcasts. We will spare no support so that Lee Jay-hyun, who is taking a new start as an actor, can fully realize his potential and possibilities," the agency said.
It added, "We will continue to show a good image as The Boyz's Hyunjae and stand by him so that we can repay the love fans have given. We ask for a lot of interest and support for all steps to be taken by The Boyz's Hyunjae and actor Lee Jay-hyun."
Since debuting as a member of The Boyz in 2017, Hyunjae has won great love from domestic and international fans with his outstanding visuals, stable vocals and highly completed performances.
Hyunjae, who left his mark on the public through albums and live performances as well as variety shows, photo shoots and brand campaigns, will begin a new start as actor Lee Jay-hyun through an exclusive contract with Management Siseon. With Management Siseon's solid know-how and systematic support, he is expected to broaden his range of activities.
Meanwhile, Hyunjae recently, along with eight The Boyz members excluding New, notified One Hundred of the termination of their exclusive contracts citing unpaid settlements and a breakdown of trust. With the provisional injunction to suspend the validity of the exclusive contract brought by The Boyz being granted, nine members of The Boyz signed group activity contracts under a newly formed label system. Individual activities, however, will be conducted through separate contracts with companies that can maximize each member's abilities. In this regard, members Younghoon, Sunwoo and Juyeon announced news of exclusive contracts with new agencies.<
