Actor Han Guru shared an update that she successfully managed her figure with a 48-hour detox.
On the 25th, a video titled "I did a 48-hour detox to clear my body!" was uploaded to the "Gureenikka mal-iya" channel.
That day Han Guru, said, "Really, it has been only two days since vacation ended. Yellow was vacation. I rested a lot. And soon it will come again. Isn't it all yellow? I rested for two months. Honestly, this time too it was so hard," lamenting the difficulties of raising twins.
She said, "I can't diet or anything. If I don't eat I feel like I'll collapse. It's too hard. I keep eating and when I travel I eat, and there are many excuses when traveling. 'I've come this far, I should eat,' so my weight really goes up and down. It always feels like it's being stored in my body in an unhealthy way. That was too much," she confessed.
She continued, "But since yesterday I felt I should start (managing it), so I restarted the detox from the morning. I mentioned it in the early days of my YouTube channel; I do that detox consistently," recommending a detox using abc juice.
Han Guru said, "I feel that way sometimes. When the body feels heavy, don't women talk about that a lot? I do it whenever I feel a lot of waste has accumulated. I do it without fail once a month," and explained the importance of detox, saying, "There are many times when you hit a plateau while dieting. The reason is when toxins and wastes build up in the body, excretion is not smooth. So I often think I need to clear out what's in my body. I suffered a lot while dieting. I was once 41kg, wasn't I? I tried all sorts of things, but the most effective was expelling toxins and wastes. I felt this is really important in dieting."
Two days later, turning the camera back on, Han Guru announced her 48-hour detox success, saying, "My body feels so light and it feels like the waste has been completely flushed out. I only did it for two days, can you see me now? My stomach is flatter, my lower belly is pulled in and the line really stands out. It feels like excess fat has been tidied up."
Meanwhile, Han Guru married a private-sector businessman nine years her senior in 2015, gave birth to twin daughters and a son, and announced her divorce in 2022. She is currently raising the two children while also working in the entertainment industry.<
