Band Kirin (BAND KIRIN) is finally unveiling a song they have held onto for a long time.
Band Kirin recently released the new single "It's the beginning," spreading positive energy and deep consolation. While last May's single "Hold onto me" vividly depicted the start of love and its thrills with a refreshing tone, this "It's the beginning" broadens their scope as a song that conveys the power of positivity to everyone running toward their dreams.
The rock-genre "It's the beginning" captures the feelings of a moment that hasn't yet unfolded before your eyes but feels like it soon will. Moving past anxiety and wavering, it presents the small certainty that has finally begun to bloom and the overwhelming anticipation through Band Kirin's characteristically bright and powerful sound.
A representative explained about "It's the beginning," saying, "It focuses on the process of running toward that place rather than the result, and offers heartfelt encouragement of 'now it's the beginning' to those who are quietly accumulating the time of earnestly wishing for something."
Leader and vocalist Yoon Hyerin took charge of the lyrics, composition and arrangement, and Band Kirin said, "Releasing a new song is always exciting. We are very happy to finally present a song we had kept to ourselves for a long time," adding, "It contains the feelings we experienced through various moments up to now and the desire to keep moving forward despite everything. Above all, it is like a song that conveys our gratitude to those who willingly accompanied us on that journey."
With the new song's release, Band Kirin will continue active promotions. They will participate in the Joyol Park Festival on Sept. 19 and perform at the Busan International Rock Festival on Oct. 2.
