"Trot nobleman" Sungmin successfully concluded his fan meeting in Japan.
Sungmin held a solo fan meeting titled "思い" (Thought) in Tokyo, Japan on the 23rd and met with local fans.
Meeting Japanese fans after a long time, Sungmin introduced his recent activities in fluent Japanese and then held a Q&A session in which he directly answered fans' questions.
In addition, Sungmin, who engaged closely with fans through various segments including a video letter expressing his affectionate feelings for them, heated up the venue with a range of performances including "Seollemmkkot," "Music box," and "Gatseng."
In particular, the group Samchongsa appeared as guest support at the performance, showing exceptional chemistry. The trio entertained the live audience with witty banter.
Sungmin, who capped the fan meeting with a solo performance of 'Goodnight, Summer,' said he was glad to meet and communicate up close with Japanese fans who continue to send their love. He added that based on the precious memories made with fans, he wants to consistently present his own music going forward.
Meanwhile, Sungmin, a former member of Super Junior, challenged trot by appearing on TV CHOSUN's Mr. Trot 2 in 2022 and is currently actively promoting himself as a trot singer.<
