Actor Hong Min-gi's former partner, a person surnamed A, visited Hong Min-gi's residence, prompting a police response.
On the 24th, agency Fable Company told OSEN that it was true that the person surnamed A visited Hong Min-gi's residence on the 23rd and caused a disturbance.
That day, one outlet reported that on the 23rd the person surnamed A visited Hong Min-gi's residence in Yongsan District, Seoul, and caused a disturbance by crying and shouting in the dwellings area, and that police were dispatched to the scene after reports from not only Hong Min-gi but also nearby residents continued.
This was not the first time the person surnamed A had visited Hong Min-gi's residence. When the incident first became known on the 19th, at around 1 a.m. the person surnamed A visited Hong Min-gi's home and rang the doorbell and knocked on the door until about 4 a.m. CCTV footage obtained by Hong Min-gi's agency showed the person surnamed A placing a sticker over the front door CCTV camera to obstruct filming and then kicking the front door.
The person surnamed A claimed that on the 19th they suffered dating violence from Hong Min-gi and were pressured to have an abortion. Hong Min-gi's side said the person's claims were not true and regarding the abortion allegation, said the ultrasound image in question differed from a typical image showing pregnancy, and that the agency requested confirmation from obstetrics staff about the ultrasound photo sent by the person surnamed A and plans to submit it as evidence.
The person surnamed A has said they will proceed with a criminal complaint instead of further revelations, and Hong Min-gi's side also said it will take civil and criminal legal action based on the materials it has secured.
