Then she muttered, "But in the end you have to go. When have you ever liked going? When did you ever enjoy going to work out? When did you ever go excitedly?" as she put on workout clothes and went to the gym.
Showing signs of strain throughout the workout, Kang Minkyung said, "It's really different." When the head trainer said, "I'm worried," she said, "(The lack of carbohydrates) side effects come out immediately."
Kang Minkyung said she had intentionally lost weight for the shoot. She said, "I ate almost only protein for two days," and the head trainer emphasized, "There is definitely a difference. There is a reason we emphasize carbs, protein and fat in performance. Carbs are the most important," prompting Kang Minkyung to add in subtitles, "Everyone, make sure to take good carbohydrates."
