The comprehensive content corporation RBW, which includes the group Mamamoo, has completed the final construction and finishing of its new headquarters in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin District, Seoul.
RBW said on the 21st, "The new headquarters located at 94 Jayang-ro, Gwangjin District, Seoul, with a structure of 4 basement floors and 12 aboveground and PH floors (16 floors in total), approximately 57 meters in height, and a total floor area of 2,140㎡, received final occupancy approval on the 4th," and said, "we will accelerate global business expansion."
It added, "This completion approval is expected to be a clear turning point that completely dispels the previously market-concerned capital lockup phenomenon and potential liquidity risks."
The new headquarters is equipped with state-of-the-art recording studios and dance practice rooms, as well as in-house media studios, artist training spaces, welfare and rest areas.
In addition, major affiliates such as DSP Media Co. and Strange Lab (formerly WM Entertainment) are also scheduled to move into the building. The strategy is to consolidate workspaces that had been scattered across multiple areas into one location to resolve a large portion of risks in terms of management efficiency by transfer.
RBW CEO Kim Jin-woo said, "With existing business divisions, affiliates and the artist lineup gathered in one place, the decision-making system will be shortened and content production efficiency will be greatly improved," and added, "based on the best infrastructure, as results in the global market materialize, the company's earnings growth and brand value appreciation are expected to accelerate further."
RBW has Mamamoo, Oh My Girl, KARD, Young B.C., ONEWE, Ahn Ye-eun, and Kwon Eun-bi among its roster.
