Actor Ha Seok-jin candidly revealed the physical changes he has been feeling as he entered his 40s.
On the 21st episode of MBN·Channel S "Moo No Plan 4", Jun Hyun-moo and KwakTube took a mukbang trip to Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, and actors Ha Seok-jin and Min Jin-woong joined as "eating friends."
During the meal, an unexpected "middle-age talk" began. Ha Seok-jin first asked Jun Hyun-moo, "Bro, haven't you developed presbyopia yet?" When Jun Hyun-moo replied that he was still fine and instead asked, "Have you?", Ha Seok-jin acknowledged his own change. He said that when looking at nearby objects, "it takes a bit of time," revealing that focusing now has an uncomfortable difference compared with before.
The conversation naturally turned to the changes in the body that come with age. Jun Hyun-moo said, "When men of this age meet, they talk about whether they've started losing hair or can see far," adding that health talk never fails to come up among peers, which drew laughs. Ha Seok-jin added digestive issues to that list. He said, "As you get older, digestion doesn't work well. It certainly takes longer," sharing the bodily changes he feels after turning 40.
From his earlier appearance, Ha Seok-jin also experienced an unexpected humiliation because of KwakTube. When KwakTube, eyes covered, was sure the guest was Kang Ki-young, Ha Seok-jin expressed disappointment, saying, "So I'm not even on Junbin's list of close actors." When Min Jin-woong asked, "Didn't you go to the wedding?", Ha Seok-jin protested, "Why wouldn't I go? I was sitting in the very front row at the wedding," which turned the set into a sea of laughter.
Meanwhile, Ha Seok-jin was born in March 1982 and is 44 years old.
