RIIZE achieved a meaningful milestone on a U.S. radio chart.
On the 21st, according to SM Entertainment, the title track of RIIZE's second mini album, 'Do your dance' ('두 유어 댄스'), made its first entry on the Mediabase Top 40 Radio Chart — published weekly by Mediabase based on airplay data from major U.S. radio stations — at No. 40 (counted for Aug. 9–15).
In particular, the chart is used as an indicator of popularity in the North American music market, and Do your dance proved its popularity by being the most-played K-pop release on channels within the roughly 130 radio stations tracked during the counting period, including "Most Requested Live" and "iHeart KPOP."
Released in June, Do your dance is a dance track that depicts RIIZE's free-spirited energy and confidence, featuring choreography that maximizes appeal to a passage where the lyrics "Head, hips, shoulders, toes" are repeated, drawing attention for its powerful performance.
At the time of the album's release, positive reviews from foreign media such as Billboard, Genius, V Magazine, CLASH and DORK followed, and having now achieved this first entry on the radio chart, attention is focused on the group's future records.
