Comedian Park Seong-gwang's wife, Lee Sol, shed tears thinking of their two pets who are battling illness.
On the 19th, Lee Sol posted a teary selfie on her social account saying "actually my eyes are swollen right now."
She said, "I don't know how I managed to work; I cried all day because of Winter and my mother cried over her worry about me. Ah, farewell is something one can never become accustomed to forever," conveying her deep affection for the pets.
She continued, "So how am I supposed to cope with this? I feel like I might fall apart. Only now, when I was about to be fully cured and wanted to live a bit more vibrantly, this happens and I cannot hope for time to pass. Even the heavens are indifferent. How could two dogs simultaneously suffer from heart disease, unable to breathe properly or sleep well," yet she tried to console herself, saying, "Yes, endure and pray, make the passing time meaningful. Strength!!!"
Later, with a photo of the pets sent by her mother, she showed affection, saying "be good while I'm away, my kids♥", and "still a baby.." She said she was making efforts for positive thinking: "Exercise is good for mental health! Today is such an exhausting day so I'll look after my mental health with exercise.. I'll do a half-body bath to detox. You need stamina for anything. It could become a long war! Isn't life itself a marathon!?"
Meanwhile, Park Seong-gwang and Lee Sol married in 2020. Lee Sol shocked the public last year by revealing she was battling a female cancer; she is currently undergoing regular checkups and medication after surgery and chemotherapy. Recently, Park Seong-gwang and Lee Sol have shared the sad news that their dogs, Gwangbok and Winter, are battling heart disease.
