Ayumi, formerly of the group Sugar, exposed Hwang Jung-eum's past showmanship.
On the 19th, a video titled "The day I did idol makeup and went to a club with Ayumi" was posted on the YouTube channel Hwang Jung-eum. That day Ayumi and Hwang Jung-eum met at a snack bar in Itaewon.
On that day Ayumi recalled when they reunited for the first time in a long while after Hwang Jung-eum left Sugar. Ayumi opened by saying, "You started acting then, and we met in Apgujeong for the first time in a long while."
She said, "Jung-eum didn't happily leave the group," and added, "When we met after a long time, whether she wanted to show 'I'm doing well' or was about to join some project, she had scripts visibly placed in her Louis Vuitton bag."
She continued, "She came saying 'Hello it's been a while' and then left immediately like a busy actress. She wasn't busy at all but pretended to be," she revealed, drawing laughter.
Meanwhile, Hwang Jung-eum debuted in the girl group Sugar in December 2001 at the age of 17. She then actively performed for three years as the group's leader and lead vocalist, and left the group in 2004 when her contract ended.
