The group KATSEYE is maintaining a steady upward trend.
KATSEYE proved a solid presence on global charts. KATSEYE's "Animal" ranked 30 on the latest Billboard main song chart, the Hot 100 (Aug. 22).
This is a rise of five spots from the previous week, showing that KATSEYE's popularity has continued steadily for three consecutive weeks. "Animal" initially charted at 24 (Aug. 8), marking KATSEYE's highest position on that chart at the time.
"Animal" is the pre-release track from KATSEYE's third EP, "WILD," released on Aug. 14, and it ranked 16 and 19 on Billboard's component charts the Global 200 and Global (excluding the U.S.), respectively. It also climbed to 24 on the Pop Airplay chart, which counts pop radio plays in the U.S. This underscores KATSEYE's sustained success.
KATSEYE hinted at a sensation not only with "Animal" but also with the title track of their third EP, "Hootie Frutti," which on its release day, Aug. 14, reached No. 6 in the U.S. and No. 12 globally on Spotify Daily Top Songs.
