Star chef Choi Hyun-seok's daughter and model Choi Yeon-su revealed the reason she stopped breastfeeding after an emergency early delivery due to high blood pressure.
Choi Yeon-su spent time communicating with fans on the 17th. A fan asked why she stopped breastfeeding.
Choi Yeon-su replied, "I have trigger finger Suzy syndrome, so I'm getting physical therapy, taking medication and using patches, and I was worried it might be bad for the baby."
Then she added, "Besides, while breastfeeding I kept looking down to check on the baby, so my forward head posture got worse and my shoulders rounded. My breasts changed in shape and in other ways, and I felt depressed," she confessed.
She said, "Now I want to breastfeed again." He said, "I do want to see that cute face, but not doing it lets me feel at ease."
Finally she said, "At the postpartum care center they told me I had plenty of milk so I should breastfeed, but I think it's something no one else can decide and it's the mother's choice. I have regrets, but no remorse. Both exclusive bottle feeding and exclusive breastfeeding have their pros and cons," she said.
Meanwhile, Choi Yeon-su married Kim Tae-hyun, a member of the band Dickpunks who is 12 years her senior, last September, and in May she held her first son.
