'HYBE rookie girl group' TUIDE (TUIDE) made its bid for the music world by first revealing portions of all the tracks from their debut album 'TUNE & PLAY'.
TUIDE (Seohee, Seoyeon, Elena, Jia, Saki, Seah, Lee Ha-nee) on the 17th posted a highlight medley of the mini 1st album '[TUNE & PLAY' on the HYBE Labels official YouTube channel. In the released video, the members showcased elegant dance lines and groove with only silhouettes under the lights, leaving a strong impression purely through performance and musicality.
The most anticipated title track 'SUN KISS' is a song in the genre 'Soultronic' that TUIDE has independently put forward. Combining the warm sensibility of soul with the polished sound of electronic music, its rhythmic beat and addictive hook deliver a sensuous vitality.
High-quality tracks that seize the ear include 'GRLS', a UK garage genre song that early rose in YouTube's 'music trending' and made an impression, 'ABD' with 1990s R&B·soul sensibility, deep house 'Echo' notable for its reversal beat, and 'Flip-Flop Girl' which conveys a relaxed attitude.
Notably, hitmaker GroovyRoom produced the entire debut album, raising its level of completion. In addition, skilled musicians including Jin Choi, Guaca, Boycold and Dalchong participated in large numbers to create an even more refined and fresh well-made record.
Meanwhile, HYBE's rising star TUIDE will release the mini 1st album [TUNE & PLAY] at 6 p.m. on the 24th and officially debut.
