Melomance's Kim Min-seok returns with a new album capturing the refreshing summer mood and the thrill of youth.
Kim Min-seok recently released three lyric posters for the new digital single album "Yeoreumjip: Part 2 (下)" sequentially through his official account. The new record, to be released at 6 p.m. on the 21st on various music streaming sites, raised anticipation for his comeback with lyric posters that combine a refreshing atmosphere and an analog sensibility.
The released posters featured Kim Min-seok leisurely enjoying a journey against natural backdrops such as green fields, windmills and clear skies. The relaxed mood, reminiscent of a scene from a youth film, captured attention.
First, the "Youth diary!" poster featured the lyric "If I run to you now and can convey my feelings even a little, I would be happy," conveying fresh excitement. Kim Min-seok's image blended with verdant nature evoked a page of youth and increased curiosity about the new record.
On the "Overface" poster, a more honest and tender sensibility came through. Lyrics such as "I don't know how to stop. Someone please stop me" and "If anyone knows, please tell me it's okay to fall" were included, heightening expectations for the warm message the song will deliver.
Finally, the "Walk" poster revealed the emotional lyric "gentle wind falling sunlight swaying leaves walking with you now." The lyrics, combined with Kim Min-seok's even more relaxed visuals in nature, completed a familiar yet warm atmosphere and stimulated anticipation for music listeners want to hear.
This "Yeoreumjip: Part 2 (下)" is the sequel to "Yeoreumjip: Part 1 (上)," released in June, and is the album that concludes the "Yeoreumjip" project. Through "Yeoreumjip: Part 1 (上)," Kim Min-seok had already expressed various summer sensibilities in music, and with this album he will bring the project to its finale.
After his comeback, he will meet fans through performances. Kim Min-seok will hold the "2026 Kim Min-seok small theater concert 'Seongharok: Between summers'" at XSCALA in Seoul from the 28th to the 30th, offering a special time.
Balancing activities with Melomance and solo work, Kim Min-seok has continued a broad musical trajectory and has been loved for numerous hits such as "Gift," "Drunk confession," and "I think it's love."
