Global artist Jennie conquered a total of seven global festivals this year.
Jennie headlined the city-based large-scale festival "Summer Sonic 2026" (SUMMER SONIC 2026) on the 14th at Zojo Marine Stadium and Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan, and on the 16th at Manpaku Memorial Park in Osaka, heating up the two major cities.
Appearing as the headliner at both the Tokyo and Osaka performances, Jennie captivated audiences with intense performances and proved her solid influence on the global stage through signature songs such as "Mantra" and "like JENNIE."
This year Jennie appeared as a headliner at a total of seven global festivals, successfully wrapping up her festival schedule: The Governors Ball Music Festival in New York, U.S.; Roskilde Festival in Denmark; Open'er Festival in Poland; 2026 MAD COOL FESTIVAL in Spain; Lollapalooza Chicago in the U.S.; and Summer Sonic 2026 in Japan.
A representative said the repeated performances of unreleased new songs at major festivals around the world have raised expectations for a new musical chapter, adding that interest is growing in what kind of music and new image Jennie will show going forward.
