Solo artist EVAN once again proved his stature as a global artist by dazzlingly gracing the stage of the GRAMMY Museum in the United States.
EVAN stood on the "Spotlight" stage at the Ray Charles rooftop terrace of the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles on the 14th (local time). This performance sold out at lightning speed as soon as tickets went on sale, making the explosive interest of local fans palpable.
"Spotlight," a series directly produced by the GRAMMY Museum, spotlights live stages and in-depth musical stories of up-and-coming artists. Prominent global musicians such as Doechii, Chappell Roan and KATSEYE have passed through this stage.
During the Q&A, EVAN revealed behind-the-scenes details of his first mini album DEATH OF ME, set to be released Sept. 7. He described the track "Going Home" as "a slightly sad song that started from the situation of being too busy to go home often." He recommended "Twilight" as a soft song that will deeply captivate fans and "Immature" as a track he especially hopes people will listen to.
In the subsequent live performance, the romantic atmosphere of the rooftop terrace combined with EVAN's multifaceted charm. He unleashed the intensity of alternative rock with his debut single title track "Ride or Die," and showcased delicate, emotional vocals with "Overflow." He notably covered The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face," displaying his uniquely attractive tone, and the audience heated the venue with massive singalongs.
In response to the fans' enthusiastic reaction, EVAN offered "Can't Feel My Face" once more as an encore, deeply connecting with the audience. As he finished the stage, he offered a heartfelt farewell, saying, "I will miss this moment and you all very much."
