Kim Hye-soo is set to release her next work, The Second Signal. However, one of the leads, Cho Jin-woong, retired after a juvenile offender controversy, and the broadcast was postponed, so the specific release date has not been announced.
He said, "I don't think anything in life is guaranteed. When you think something is guaranteed, it is, but we laugh and make noise not knowing what will happen. That seems to be life."
He continued, "There are things only I know, and people who are known unintentionally hurt and trouble many people, and if you look at life itself, that one thing isn't the only problem; everything is a problem. Aren't there storms in my life that haven't come to light? It seems like that," he said.
On the 12th, the day before the interview, news of the death of director Ahn Pan-seok, who worked with Kim Hye-soo on the drama 'Pair,' was also reported. Kim Hye-soo recalled, "We filmed Pair for three years. Now both the director and I are older, but back then we tried to create something new and groundbreaking."
Kim Hye-soo said, "I heard the news yesterday and have been in a daze through today. Life is really something you can never know; my heart was very heavy," and added, "And he didn't let go as a director until the last moment. That part made me feel very complicated.
