The Korea AeroSpace Administration said, "We appointed Big Bang as an ambassador to create a new challenge in Korea's aerospace with the public," and expressed its intention to expand public interest and participation.
Thus, Big Bang will serve as the first ambassador after the Korea AeroSpace Administration's launch in 2024. They will inform the public about Korea's future vision and key policies for aerospace and become a public engagement partner on the journey to becoming a leading space power.
In particular, the group's name Big Bang, which signifies the birth of the universe, adds symbolic meaning. Big Bang plans to engage in active communication through public participation programs such as the "Dream Capsule," linked to major aerospace projects.
Big Bang marked their 20th anniversary this year and will return with a new single, "BiiiG," released at 6 p.m. on the 19th. Along with the single release, they will start a world tour beginning at Goyang Sports Complex from the 21st to the 23rd.
