Singer Kim Jong Seo confessed to a long slump.
On the 12th a video titled "Kim Jong Seo, talking about the days when he became a legend" was uploaded to the "Doctor Shin" channel.
When asked about his recent situation as a guest that day, Kim Jong Seo opened up, saying, "I started performing again four years ago. I used to perform before that but I couldn't. I became self-conscious. Because I had been in a slump for a long time."

He said, "He suddenly asked me, 'Why don't you perform?' I said, 'I don't have confidence, can I?' Then he said, 'If Kim Jong Seo doesn't perform, who will? I'll direct it for you, do it.' I thought that would give me strength, so four years ago I quietly started again from small theaters. This year I rode the momentum and started a national tour," he said, receiving applause.
Shin Jeong-hwan marveled, "Isn't that Kim Jang Hoon's directed Kim Jong Seo concert?" and Kim Jong Seo complained, "Even if the performances go well, nothing is left for me." Shin Jeong-hwan asked, "Does he take a large cut?" and Kim Jong Seo candidly replied, "No, it's that we pour everything into lighting and sound and the more we do that the hungrier I am."
