"beloved vocalist" HYNN (Park Hye-won) returns to music fans with a new album that captures deep summer sensibility.
According to her agency New Order Entertainment, HYNN (Park Hye-won)'s new EP "Summer Texture" will be released today (13th) at 6 p.m. on various online music sites.
This new EP "Summer Texture" densely unfolds the diverse "textures" of love and memory. It showcases a wide musical spectrum with double title tracks: the breakup ballad "Three days later," which faithfully recreates the late-1990s end-of-century R&B sensibility, and the trendy pop R&B ballad "A meteor fell but the apocalypse did not come."
In particular, hitmaker producers Jooho, LoHi, and KZ, among other talented producers, all participated in this album. In addition, the record includes a total of seven well-crafted tracks, such as "A certain stranger," which HYNN (Park Hye-won) participated in writing and composing herself, and "Practice for protagonist," which was pre-released in May, heralding the birth of a well-made album.
The music video for the title track "Three days later," unveiled at the same time as the audio, was directed by the sole director of Cape S Planet and realized the wistful, emotional visual style unique to the 1990s. In the video, HYNN (Park Hye-won) performs a heartrending emotional acting while standing in pouring heavy rain, offering a deep aftertaste.
The music video for the other title track "A meteor fell but the apocalypse did not come" will be released at 6 p.m. on the 18th. "K-dance icon" Choi Ho Jong participated in choreography creation, directing, and performance, and, together with dancer Ahn Yu-jin, vividly expressed the new song's narrative in three dimensions.
Meanwhile, HYNN (Park Hye-won), who is making a comeback with the release of the new EP "Summer Texture" today (13th) at 6 p.m., will hold a summer solo concert "Midnight Blue: Luna-rium" at Yonsei University Grand Auditorium in Seoul on the 15th and 16th. The performance will present new song stages for the first time alongside a large full band sound.<
