Interpreter and broadcaster Lee Yoon-jin spoke out after criticisms that her children were not wearing seat belts.
On the 12th, Lee Yoon-jin posted a video on her personal social media showing her children sitting in the back seat dancing.
In the released video, siblings Soda, enjoying their summer vacation, dance to the music and show their excitement.
In the video, the Soda siblings are sitting in the back seat without wearing seat belts. However, the background visible outside the window is a parked parking lot, so if the video was taken before moving, there is no problem at all.
When voices criticizing the lack of seat belt use arose, Lee Yoon-jin captured the article herself and rebutted, saying, "We were stopped in a parking lot and before the vehicle departed, we got excited on the trip, danced once and then departed."
She added, "Soda siblings strictly follow safe driving and seat belt use."
Meanwhile, Lee Yoon-jin married actor Lee Bum-soo in 2010 and had one son and one daughter, but announced their divorce in 2024. After the divorce, Lee Yoon-jin lived in Bali, Indonesia, with her daughter So-eul Yang, but recently returned to Seoul and is living with her two children.
