Actor Kang Ye-won opened up about a long-standing physical complex.
On the 13th, Kang Ye-won's channel Kkang Yewon uploaded a video titled "The nights of skincare obsessives are long. Kang Ye-won X Han Chae-ah's boundary-crossing girl talk."
The close friends who are serious about skincare applied cosmetics while talking. Han Chae-ah said, "We are serious about skincare. It's to the point where you say you'll die from the care. We do routine care habitually every day." Kang Ye-won said, "I think I'd be happy living just taking care of myself."
When Han Chae-ah was asked the reason for that, she said, "It's for my satisfaction. I prefer spending on my body and my skin rather than on jewelry. It's like a pleasant environment after taking a shower," which drew sympathy.
The conversation naturally turned to Kang Ye-won's body, and Han Chae-ah exclaimed, "Unni, you're really thin; how are you like this?" In response, Kang Ye-won said, "I was a D cup but now I'm a C. As I get older, it's reduced a lot."
She added, "My mother is always anxious that I might have reduction surgery (on my chest)," and spoke of the past: "When I was young, the buttons on my school uniform always popped. I hated that so much. The uniform buttons would pop all the time—if you just put pressure. So I always carried safety pins. I looked clumsy and ignorant, and people's gazes were like this. They look down instead of at me. Then I glare at that person. I feel those looks."
She honestly confessed, "That kept becoming a neurosis. So my shoulders are always hunched. It's been a complex since I was young."
Kang Ye-won recently launched a personal YouTube channel and has been communicating with fans honestly and warmly. She has also confirmed her appearance in the upcoming film "Out of my island!" and is preparing for a return to the screen after a long time.<
