On the 13th, Sublime said, "Based on materials collected through our own monitoring and reports submitted by fans, we have been continuously taking legal action since October 2024," and disclosed the progress of legal action regarding malicious posts.
According to Sublime, violations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (defamation), insult and multiple criminal charges were recognized, and depending on the seriousness of the matter, fines or prosecution have been pursued.
Hyeri's side said, "We are continuously monitoring all malicious acts toward our artists, including defamation, insult, sexual harassment and spread of false information, and even if we do not announce the filing of complaints and investigation progress in real time, please be informed that legal action is continuously being taken."
